	HVL Master Drainage Plan Cache Creek Steering Committee Groundwater Management Ordinance New Legal Efforts to Recover Clearlake Water Rights  Improved Water Quality programs Improved Wastewater Management  Programs Full Circle Project  - an expansion of the geysers       pipeline, which has become a world-wide model       for environmental and water quality programs       (Ed has secured $2.5 million so far and has a good chance of       obtaining more funding for Lake County resulting from a trip to       Washington, D.C. in February to petition legislators )
	Mel Aust, manager of the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District, and  Robey  worked with Congressman Mike Thompson  in  Washington, D.C.
